a wonderful escape
helpful staff exquisite food strategic location
Huzair WAS very helpful , and i appreciated his recommendations. I especially loved dinner at lala chong kayu ara seafood restaurant. The food was exquisite. The hotel's location IS strategic. It made exploring the city easy.
the room size didn't match the price. It felt a bit cramped for what i expected.

The kids-friendly pool includes features for children. The outdoor playground IS very well maintained and provides ample space for children. Guests can access the pool area directly from level 16.

The hotel is within walking distance of the bukit nanas monorail station. Petronas twin towers are only 10 minutes away on foot. This made sightseeing quite convenient. There ARE restaurants located conveniently around the hotel.

The room had A magnificent view of the twin towers. The rooms were clean. Complimentary ear plugs were provided in rooms facing the road. I found this thoughtful.

The mesh restaurant offers a diverse breakfast spread. MANY different choices are available. Chef halis and waiter awang were attentive to requests. Their service was prompt. The breakfast was delicious, though options from the middle east were limited.

huge suite spacious bedroom great coffee
i got upgraded to a suite as a titanium elite member. It was huge! the living room and bedroom were spacious, awesome, and the breakfast was amazing, with malaysian and international options being fresh and replenished constantly, even the coffee was great.
The housekeeping quality varied. My room was overlooked one day.

the hotel is a quick walk to the monorail station, and close to klcc. its central situation makes exploring the area very convenient, giving you easy access to key attractions and transport links.

the staff demonstrated great teamwork. they gave attention to my comfort. i received a warm welcome, and the upgrade to a suite was a great surprise.

The pool is basically a small waterpark, i believe! it has slides and playgrounds that kids adore, i am sure. The gym is very big for a hotel, equipped with modern machines. the hotel also offers studio classes.

some issues
The kids' club was a letdown. there was misinformation on the flyer, it directed us to the wrong location initially, causing confusion. many guests at the swimming pool were not wearing appropriate swim attire, and they walked around the pool area dripping water everywhere. it didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this supposed caliber!!!

adequate stay with some issues
inconsistent water pressure hard mattress
the breakfast had many options and i found something i liked.
the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent i reminded me of it alternated between hot and cold constantly it was difficult to get comfortable it made showering unpleasant also the mattress was too firm for my liking it was hard to get a good night's sleep i tossed and turned quite a bit.
